Oxpilates Pilates classes for mixed ability in Headington,Oxford. Run by Stephanie Taylor & Lisa Gueran. Both Great classes to build your core strenght.

Exercises can be adapted for each individual and classes are kept small to allow for individual instruction.

Due to the government guidance, the Pilates classes at Corpus Christie are cancelled until further notice. I will be posting weekly pilates classes to keep you all motivated and mobile. I will email the links. Hope you are all keeping safe. Steph
