Garden Cafe Runners A sociable, women-only running group, suitable for beginners, in Oxford, UK No commitment is required, and it's absolutely free.

Garden Cafe Runners is a sociable jogging group for women, which meets every Wednesday for a run tailored to the needs of the group. When: Wednesdays 10–11am
Where: The Garden Café, corner of Manzil Way and Cowley Road

If you have time, stay for a coffee after the run. Who should come along?
-Women of all ages who enjoy running and want to run with other women
-Women who are thinking of taking up jogging but not sure where or how to start

Runners with buggies are welcome!

The last normal run of the year from Manzil Way will be 18th December, starting back on 8th January. There will definitely be some sociable running in between, contact us to find out more.

We're back at Manzil Way! Great to return to the Garden Cafe last week. But this week and next (Sept 11th & 18th) they'll be closed for other events, so we'll seek coffee elsewhere after our run. Meeting is at Manzil Way though, 10am as usual.

We're running as usual from Manzil Way at 10am next week 17th July. After that for six weeks we're running in other lovely places outside Oxford. Back to Manzil Way September 4th. Contact us if you want to know more.
