The only thing you need to lose.. is your neuroticism!
What is it and why it’s hindering your ability to progress?
It’s basis is an emotional or physical response that is irrational or unmeasured to situations.
Neurotic behaviour is an automatic effort made by your unconscious mind to manage fears and stresses.
This affects everyone, but is typically more of a feminine trait.
Whilst this is a problem in every day life
It is absolutely rife in the fitness environment..
- People obcessed with meeting goals and negatively affected by missed sessions
-Anger and frustration at exercises or lifts not going well
-The most prevalent being a focus on gaining or losing weight
Frequented effects of this are anger, low self confidence , inconsistent self image, emotional instability and if ignored consistently can cause depressive episodes.

I am much stronger, 7 kg heavier and still in pretty decent condishhh
