At Rising Spirit Academy Oxford, our Little Ninjas classes are about much more than belts. We help children develop confidence, respect, self-control, focus, resilience and good manners in a fun, encouraging environment.

Martial arts gives children the chance to challenge themselves, learn to listen, work with others and believe in their own abilities — skills that help them at home, at school and in life.

⭐️EVERY JOURNEY STARTS WITH THE COURAGE TO TAKE THE FIRST STEP...⭐️

We have had another inspiring grading day at Rising Spirit Academy! 🥋👏

A huge congratulations to every student who stepped up on Saturday. Every single person turned up, gave their best and should be incredibly proud of what they achieved.

One of the biggest lessons martial arts teaches is that courage isn't about being fearless – it's about having the confidence to have a go, even when something feels challenging. Every black belt once stood exactly where our beginners stood, wondering if they were good enough.

If you've ever thought about learning martial arts, improving your fitness, building confidence or simply trying something new, this is your sign. You don't need experience, you don't need to be fit, and you certainly don't need to be "good enough" before you start. You just need to take that first step.

Who knows? A year from now, you could be celebrating your own grading success.

It’s graduation day! This is the culmination of all your hard work and effort. We will be grading seven different groups, all of different ages and abilities, so everyone has a class that’s right for them. Looking forward to seeing you all in action today! This Saturday is grading day at Rising Spirit Academy!
Months of hard work, determination and perseverance have all led to this moment. Every lesson attended, every technique practiced and every challenge overcome has been preparing our students for the next step on their martial arts journey.

Remember, grading isn't about being perfect—it's about showing how far you've come. Have confidence in your training, give your very best and enjoy the experience. The black belt attitude isn't about never making mistakes; it's about having the courage to keep going.

To all our students: we already know how hard you've worked. Now it's your chance to shine. Believe in yourselves and stay focused.
