You're never too young β or too old β to practise floating.
If you ever find yourself in difficulty in the water, floating on your back is an essential skill. It gives you time to breathe, rest, call for help, and make a plan to get back to safety.
That's why we regularly revisit floating in our lessons, helping it become a natural response. The more we practise, the more likely our bodies are to know what to do, even in a moment of panic.
