After the incredible response to our Spring event, I knew we had to do it all again . . . so this your official invite to ‘Shine 1st Shake Seconde’, our Summer Community Event 🪩
Expect a feel good summer morning, designed to leave you empowered, glowing and connected through movement & community!

How will the morning look?
✨ DANCE FITNESS - feel good movement & easy to follow routines designed to lift your energy and leave you glowing
🔥 BARRE - strength, posture, control, and that signature Barre burn you all know & love
🌿 FULL BODY STRETCH & BREATHWORK - an extended reset session to help you unwind, release tension and recharge both the mind and body

After we move, stay & enjoy freshly brewed speciality coffee, wholesome snacks & treats, and plenty of time to mingle & connect beyond the class with our beautiful community ☕
