RETREATS POSTPONED! Please read below ⬇️

Very sad to say that we will be postponing most retreats this year.

Unfortunately we have recently had some shocking news that my amazing dad has cancer.
If you know me or have joined one of my retreats, you will know how much of a HUGE part of the retreats my dad is.

To support my dad through this time & his treatment, we will be postponing most retreats this year.

I’ve thought a lot about if I should share this or keep things private but I don’t want to be afraid of cancer and if you know my dad you know how strong he is!

I also want to be as honest as possible & not feel I’m hiding what’s going on, social media is a strange thing you never know what someone is going through behind closed doors.

We are HOPING to still run two more retreats this year in May & October.

Thank you all for the continued support & reminder to hug a loved one today ❤️

Yin yoga training complete 🧘🏻‍♀️

I’m not sure I can put into words the journey of the last week, feeling all the emotions ❤️

The stunning location, the beautiful weather, the delicious food but most importantly the incredible people I’ve met ✨

I’m excited for the whatever is coming next & I can’t wait to share with you all what I’ve learnt 🤸🏻‍♂️
