It is with huge regret that I am going to have to cancel MNR for the foreseeable future!

As much as I’d love to be out there with you guys, due to the nature of my work, I’m going to be away for potentially weeks at a time for the next month. Making it impossible to be there.

Here’s a few photos of what we’ve created so far this academic year!

You guys are the best. I hope we can run in to summer soon.

After a couple of weeks hiatus, we are back!

Unfortunately MNR will be cancelled tonight as our run leader Fin won’t be getting back from being away until later in the evening.

He will be taking to the streets of Oxford for a run later in the evening around 8pm, so if you are around and fancy joining, just holla and drop a message! 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️

Good morning everyone!

MNR is back this Monday 3rd February, 6.30pm @ Oxford Brookes Sports Hall.

This good looking bunch are our runners! MNR is a 5km run, with a group of people, to give your Monday and the start of your week some purpose! It doesn’t matter if you’re coming alone, or with your whole group of mates. It’s all a bit of fun and an excuse to move - it doesn’t matter what pace you run at, there’s always someone at the front, and someone at the back!

It was awesome last semester, so let’s keep it going!! There is power in the running 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Please share to your friends and bring as many buddies with you as possible!

There’s a part of your brain that deals only with the spontaneous acts you carry out...

It’s currently telling you to get off the couch, take a revision break and just change up your evening.

The brain part of this post isn’t true... But what is, is that you’ll feel so much better for heading down to MNR tonight and completing a social 5km run!!

This will be the last one of the term. Thank ya so much to everyone who has dedicated an evening to come down over the past couple of months.
