Great news! RockFit has relaunched in Oxford 🤘🔥 Newly minted RockFit instructor and TeamSwinOx founding member Terri is ready to rock out with you every Saturday morning at Botley 🤘💜 If you've been missing your weekly RockFit fix or haven't yet tried it and are keen to give it a crack, then pop along to one of Terri's fabulous classes, you won't regret it!

I've been putting off posting about our final class because to be honest I was clinging to denial that it is really over 😭 But, what a way it was to go out! This was a truly memorable class for many reasons and even though it is a tad bittersweet it deserves to be celebrated 💜

Travelling Rockfitties from far and wide came to say farewell, which was a lovely surprise and it meant the world to me to see everyone there. Thank you to Katie, Chelle, Wayne, Allie, Becky, Rob, Sharon and Jane for making significant treks to join our finale. This unconditional support is what makes the RockFit fam so awesome💜

Also unexpected but extremely awesome was the Australian themed fancy dress 🇦🇺 We had Crocodile Dundee, a Boxing Kangaroo, a can of Fosters and Aussie Ausborne 🤣🤣Plus lots of green and gold, Steve Irwin shirts, Aussie hats, two kangaroos, a shark and two giant crocs plus a human croc 🦘🐊

To top this off, the entire class surprised me with Errin masks at the start of the class, which was truly a terrifying thing to behold 🤣 Thank you to Lousie for orchestrating this memorable send off, it was hilarious if not a little creepy to have so many Errins staring back at me 😅😳

And that was all before the class even got underway! We rocked the Rockathon hard though and it was just so much fun 🤘The sing alongs during Tenacious D, Wheatus and A7X were so uplifting, and the shout along in Parasite Eve was the catharsis we all needed 😅 Thank you to Terri and Emma for your excellent support, it was brilliant having you up there with me 💜

Then it was time to eat! We had an amazing spread of Aussie food to stuff our faces with after the extra long class, including mini pavs, fairy bread, lamingtons, Anzac cookies, party pies, vegemite scrolls, sausage rolls and the cutest koala cupcakes, plus a decadent battenburg cheesecake and delicious pumpkin spice cake 😋 Thank you to our star bakers Louise, Chelle, Sarah, Gemma's sister, Katie and everyone else who made/bought goodies!

Thank you for the well wishes, cards and presents, especially the RockFit with Errin memories blanket which I will treasure forever 💜

Our little SwinOx RockFit community is just the best. I have found so much joy in our classes and getting to know each of you, it really has been a privledge. Thank you for rocking out with me every week. I will miss you all very much 💜🤘

And so, after 1.5 years of awesomeness, we have arrived at our last ever RockFit with Errin class 😭😭😭 It's also our first Rockathon, which I feel is a fitting way to end things! So strap yourself in for an extended 75 min class with all our favourite tracks and a celebration of our wonderful little crew 🥳💜🤘🔥

⚠NOTE THE CHANGE OF VENUE⚠ For our final class we will be at Farmoor Village Hall (OX2 9NS). There is free parking at the front of the hall, as well as in the shop area next door. You can also park for free just round the corner on Mayfield Road if those spots are full.

Our Rock Icons class this morning was a blast! Great outfits from everyone, including Alice Cooper, Bowie, Starchild and Ghost 🐍⚡️⭐️👻🤘We had to move to a second location for the cooldown and stretch as we ran a bit over 😅But we rocked it nonetheless! Kudos to our star baker Louise who outdid herself with rockstar chocolate oreo cupcakes, which were delicious 😋🤘💜

What a magnificent galentines class that was this morning 💜 Women rocking out, supporting each other, putting themselves out there and smashing it! There was so much joy in the room 😊 It's an honour to rock out with you awesome ladies every week 💜 🤘

And so the final month of RockFit with Errin classes is upon us 😭 We shall not be going quietly into the night though, no siree. There will be not one, not two, no, not even three, but four, that's right FOUR, special themed classes to play us off in epic style 🤘🔥💜

First up: our Women in Rock Who Rock special to celebrate Galentines is this Saturday 💜 Featuring Halestorm, Evanescence, Joan Jett, In this Moment, Eva Under Fire and more (inlcuding some wild cards and Errin Specials 😉), this is going to be an absolute belter of a class 🤘
