📢 OBUTRC AGM – Committee Elections🌟

As the season comes to an end, we will soon be holding our OBUTRC Annual General Meeting (AGM) where we will elect next year’s committee.

AGM Details
🗓️ 25th March 2026
⏰ 7pm
📍 Location TBC (shared closer to the date)

If you are interested in running for a committee role, please submit your nomination using the Google Form below: (also found in our group chat or bio)

⏰ Nominations close: Friday 20th March at 9pm

Once nominations have been submitted, the current committee will review them and approve or decline candidates for the roles selected.

If your nomination is approved, you will need to prepare a 1-slide presentation (maximum 5 minutes) outlining:
• Why you want the role
• What you would like to achieve
• Any changes or improvements you would bring
• Why you believe you are a good fit for the position

These will be presented at the AGM, so anyone running for a role must attend.

After all nominees have presented, members will vote anonymously for each role.

⚠️ Voting will only take place at the AGM, so if you want to have your say in the future of the club, we strongly encourage everyone to attend.

Results will be announced as soon as possible after voting.

If you’re interested in getting involved or want to learn more about any of the roles, feel free to speak to any current committee member.
