Hello Boxers! We are announcing that from this week we are offering open classes to all ladies that want to have a go at boxing. These classes are aimed at fitness and training and we encourage all of you to attend if you’re looking for good way to do some exercise!

- You do not need a membership but these classes are the only ones you can attend.
- Classes will be run by our Female Captain and other members of our committee will be there as well.

So come along and join us in our dojo
every Monday 15:00 - 16:00 🩷🥊
