Tough Mudder, you were a blast! Maybe not the wasps.

We signed up for mud and got a full on dust bath instead. More “Tough Duster” than Tough Mudder but we still powered through and laughed the whole way.

Sorry Poppy for turning full on personal trainer midway. “Come on!, another quick blast!” 😂🙊

We did it. 💪 Team FWH Hustlers 🤩

Our first event together as a team, taking on the Red Bull Gym Clash National Qualifier and what an experience it was.

3 Challenging rounds
Strength - 3RM Barbell Back Squat
Endurance - 20 minute AMRAP Row/Synchro Sn**ch/ Synchro Thrusters/ Synchro down ups
Skill - Descending ladder Skipping/ Synchro box jumps 🤢

Out of 9 incredible teams, we finished 5th. For our very first competition together, I’d say that’s something to be proud of.

We learned, we pushed each other, and we proved what we’re capable of. This is only the beginning. 👊🔥

Rimini HYROX 🇮🇹☀️

First HYROX abroad. Mixed Doubles with my other half
A massive and very unexpected PB!

Functioning legs at the finish line… debatable. 🤣

Not going to lie, it was HARD. At several points I questioned my life choices and whether my legs or lungs were the first on planning an early exit.

But somehow we got it done, I didn’t murder him and crossed the finish line with a huge PB. The finish was a little more emotional than expected 🙈 probably a combination of relief, exhaustion, and the fact that I genuinely wasn’t sure I’d make it to the end!

A pretty special weekend, an amazing atmosphere, and a race I’ll never forget!

Now excuse me while I spend the next few days getting my legs to work 😂

Another race, another medal to add to the collection 🏃🏻‍♀️

Just 2 weeks ago I sprained my calf doing something we do multiple times a day, taking my shoes off 😂 and I didn’t think this run was going to happen. But here we are, after plenty of rest and being carful I did it! A bit different to my normal runs. 7km Maverick trail run in the Cotswolds with lots of hills 🥵

Next stop HYROX Rimini

What a race and I’ve got my partner back! 🥰

Cardiff HYROX women’s doubles with the best partner I could ever ask for.

13 months ago, you dropped the bombshell that I’d be taking all the burpees in Glasgow while you powered through morning sickness (still can’t believe they became my favourite 😅). Fast forward to now, 6 months post-partum, a complete life shift, and you’re out there running your strongest runs yet.

I’m so proud of you. You didn’t stop once, and it felt incredible to be back out there together. Sorry I ran off on the farmers and made you chase after me 🙊 but….We did it !

Lots more exciting and different races to look forward to this year including DEKA STRONG and ATHX

What an incredible achievement! Taking on the HYROX Youngstars and absolutely smashing it. So proud of you, Leah 💪

You didn’t give in, you didn’t let anything or anyone get in your way and most of all, you made me and your family so proud. I know how nervous you were and how worried you were that we’d embarrass you… but you went out there and did it anyway.

And in an amazing time too!

This is only the beginning… a true young star in the making 🌟😍

🤩 What a week! 🙌

Extremely proud PT over here. These ladies absolutely smashed their very first HYROX! All the hard work you’ve put in, both in and out of sessions has truly paid off. Watching you grow stronger, more confident, and more determined every step of the way has been incredible.

I couldn’t be happier with what you’ve achieved… you all smashed it!
