In just under 8 weeks we will be hosting our Annual Mental Health and Small Business Conference, now in its 4th year, Kate Llewellyn's Content Consultancy, Sharon May from Kingsclere Counselling Service and myself can't wait to welcome everyone on the day.
It's an opportunity to spend time with other small business owner experiencing some of the same challenges and learn from each other.
With the 3 Panel sessions during the day, exhibitors and the magic hour, it is a great way to invest in yourself.
I am really looking forward to my panel, I'm lucky once again to have a great line up!

Running your own business is lonely and, therefore, connecting with others 'who get it' is so important. Plus, sometimes we need to reach out and get specialist mental health support, and it's important we know were to find that all-important help.

Our conference offers lots of support for small business owners, sole traders and solopreneurs, in the style of a corporate wellness day.
