100 Pull Ups
200 Press Ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

Partition options:
• 10 rounds of 10 / 20 / 30
• 20 rounds of 5 / 10 / 15

Can be completed:
• Solo
• In pairs (split as desired)

What a few weeks it’s been at Move Forward… and honestly, we couldn’t be prouder 👏

This year we had DOUBLE the number of athletes taking part compared to last year 🤯 showing just how strong and supportive our community is becoming 💪

A huge shoutout to every single person who signed up, showed up, and threw down. The Open isn’t easy, but you all made it incredible ❤️

👏 Special thanks to our coaches who put in serious time behind the scenes!! Planning sessions, supporting athletes, and keeping the energy high every week.

📝 And to our judges + those who completed the judges course (you know who you are). Thank you for making it all run smoothly 🙌
