Move It or Lose It want to know your thoughts! Last year, they were overwhelmed by the number of responses and the insights shared, and this year, are hoping to do even better.
If you come to any of my classes, it would be really helpful if you could fill in the class survey. Every single response helps us build a stronger, evidence-based case for Move it or Lose it to become part of a recognised pathway for older adults supporting prevention of deconditioning, frailty and loss of independence.

Tuesdays: seated/standing, 10-11am, JW Dance, Mill St (enquiries to me)
Fridays: seated, 10:30-12pm & 1:30-3pm, The Legion, West Hill (enquiries to Ottery Help Scheme)

I will be taking a few weeks off as my beautiful mum has passed away.
