Our first-ever mat class in Ilkley is here — Mauré Sculpt launches next Tuesday, 15th September at 6:30am.

A full-body mat workout using light weights to tone, strengthen + sculpt. Expect controlled movements, a serious burn and that I’m so glad I got up feeling. 🔥

The perfect way to start your day before work — 45 minutes for you, before the rest of the world wakes up.

We’re so excited to welcome Laura to the Mauré Studios instructor team!

She’ll be taking over Ilkley every Monday evening with three classes to get you through that Monday feeling:

5:30pm — Reformer Flow 🌶️🌶️
6:30pm — Reformer Flow 🌶️🌶️
7:30pm — Reformer Sculpt 🌶️🌶️ ✨ our brand new class
