Join us for a calming 2-hour Slow Down Sunday, Yoga Workshop designed to help you pause, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.
Through a soothing blend of gentle Hatha yoga, restorative yoga, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra meditation, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest and relaxation — supporting your nervous system, improving sleep, easing tension, and restoring balance to both mind and body.

No previous experience required — just bring yourself and comfortable clothes. All props provided.
