If you're wanting to get fitter and healthier in the new year Back2Basics Fitness Classes are running Wednesday nights at 7pm at the Whartons and Saturday mornings at 8am on wharfemeadows. The ideal tonic to the Christmas excess. Message me for any further details! Joe

Back2Basic's session tomorrow is CANCELLED. Arranged cover has had to cancel and I have been unable to find a replacement at short notice so tomorrows session (10th November) is cancelled. Money will be put towards future sessions or if requested can be refunded. Sincerest apologies. Joe

Tomorrow's 8am fitness session will be held in support of Otley Action for Older People with all donations going to this local charity. Suggested donation is £5 but any amount is welcome. The more the merrier, hoping to see as many down tomorrow as possible. Please spread the word and we can raise as much money for this worthy charity as possible. Last time £160 was raised for Help for Heroes so if we could beat this tomorrow that would be great! Thank you, Joe
