We are run by two incredibly passionate, and scatty, humans.

We offer a first class free for any lovely new folk.

We have a range of totally epic teachers that offer a real variety of the practice (plus some more timetable treats).

We are open 7 days a week. There is tea. There is chat.

🧡 THE SOMA KIDS CLUB 🧡

MOVE LOUD. DREAM BIG. BE YOUR WONDERFUL YOURSELF.

We don’t really do sit still and follow the rules.

We do big imaginations, muddy knees, wild dancing, upside-down yoga, music, confidence, creativity and finding your people.

At SOMA, our kids classes are about so much more than learning a new skill.

🧘🏽 YOGA…breathe, stretch, wobble, balance, play & discover.

🩰 BALLET…beautiful movement, imagination, musicality & confidence.

💥 DANCE…big energy, creativity, self-expression & choreography.

🥋 KARATE…strength, focus, discipline, resilience & respect.

🦕 TODDLER…bond, play, explore & imagination.

But underneath it all?

Connection.

We want our studio to be a place where children can walk through the door exactly as they are; loud, shy, energetic, nervous, creative, serious, silly, and simply feel like they belong.

No perfection. No pressure to be the best. No tiny humans being squeezed into boxes.

A little bit different. Quite a lot of fun. And for every kind of kid.

7.5 years ago we took a risk, after one beautiful (and long) online interaction, a quick coffee date with one breastfeeding babe and another in utero…we had cemented our dreams & visions within roughly 17 minutes, fell deep in friendship and concluded…f**k it. Lets quit our jobs & take a plunge to open a studio.

Two extra babies later. One dog. Hundreds of students. Several memberships. A mighty bunch of friends. One commercial building purchase. Uno renovation. A long and ‘orrible legal battle. And we are minus one v**e shop. And wham bam thank you M’aam, here we lie at the epoch of the next dream. Glad you’re coming along with us.

Remember kids, don’t v**e, do yoga! 🧘

✨ And that’s a wrap on another unforgettable SOMA Showcase! ✨(it was actually almost two weeks ago but we’re just coming down!)

Our little (and a few big) legends absolutely lit up the stage, and we couldn’t be prouder. 🌟💃🕺 From the tiniest twirls to the biggest smiles, every performance and moment was full of heart, courage, and pure joy.

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible team, the staff, the chaperones, the sound dudes, and glitter fairy (you know who you are) your endless energy, creativity, patience, pre-show AND behind-the-scenes magic made it all possible.

Thanks you for the costume rally crew who saved us in a serious wardrobe malfunction (like we’ve never known!) but we did it! All kids were clothed, sparkly and beaming with pride! Que big breath!

To my amazing business partner…what a mission and achievement! Thank you for sharing the vision, the laughs, the costume trying on in Starbucks, the late nights, and the endless chaos. We do alright!

And finally, thank you to all our wonderful families for trusting us with your truly EPIC children. Your support means the world, they are the heartbeat of everything we do 🩷

Now…who’s ready for a well-earned rest before we do it all again? 😉✨every two years, yeah?

This Summer Team SOMA (and smalls) are trekking into Wales to deliver some deliciousness at the epic Cosmic Campout Festival. Our lovely mate Kim has lived in Ibiza for years - she’s a musical legend and has hosted us at Pikes for late night fun times…we’re delighted she’s bringing her groove to Wales for this mega fest! Come one and all!

Come and join us deep in the woods, with toes in rivers and eyes to the stars…let us leap beyond the ordinary and wander into a little pocket of magic…
