When your head rules your body and you can feel it wining its nice to go to the gym put the load music on and push your body.

Happy with today's session. Hit all my numbers.
Back is a little stiff, so spent a little extra time stretching.
85,127,167,217kg x3
257kg for a double l.

It was also weigh in day and i also did my blood pressure. Body weight 124kg

Today was supposed to be my rest day.
But my body said no.

Then a cheeky PB 460kg [ it was a battle]
My back is feeling stiff but nothing a good Yoga session want fix

There are two rules that make for a happy gym.
* if your strong enough to lift it, then your are strong enough to put it away.
* don't interrupt someone right before their lift.

Listen to my body, fueling it right seems to be working. Also im feeling more confident under the bar.
Slowly each session adding a little more weight.

Sometimes you have to embrace the demons.
Use them to focus the mind and motivate you. Today was one of those days, my head is all over the place with lots of change coming and I don't do change.
I want to max out the trap bar which I think will hold 400kg

When you carnt sleep because your mind want switch off. Hit the gym

So I changed military press to behind the head.
Then hit a reps PB

3 second hold at the top and bottom

Back to it, not really feeling it today. But I have come away with a grin. There is no such thing as a bad workout.
