First session of rhe new program, and its interesting to not only be doing rhe main movement but the accessories.
Nice to hit a 1/4 ton for 3.

When your daughter is now.your .
First day in her program and I'm loving it. She is also going to do my nutrition which is something that i struggle with.
Today was finding rhe start weights.
Bench

Had a day playing today before I start my new program from
So I went to my favourite movement deadlifts.
I did forget how much the dinnie stones takes out of me.
So nothing to heavy.
Worked upto a 225kg for a double.
Then moved onto axle wheel deadlifts
Again working upto a 265kg for a single.

Back home to go get a walk with goofy.

Need to look at my program and find something to get me back in track.

Not enough sleep, but we still turned up and hit my numbers. Didn't go futher.

Mixture of leg press and hip thrusts.
Working upto 400kg on the leg press and the 350kg the hip thrusts.

Sunday morning offerings.
Today was a really good session. Managed to hit a nice little PB.
Deadlifts

Pause set 190kg
Trapbar

Then a PB at 330kg
Now home to get my steps in with Goofy. Then back to bed.

Today felt a bit of a struggle. After yesterday's adventures I think my mind was exhausted and it affected my body.
BUT I managed to hit a PB. Might only be a 1kg increase but I'll take that.

Still trying to make friends with squats.
Today felt a good session and I was happy with the results. Didn't push to hard as I want to build that confidence back up

Little bit of fun today, something i try to do at the end of each rotation.
So today it was trap bar Deadlifts.
Working upto a to set of 312.5kg

20,75,125,185,225,275,300, then ended with 312.5kg.
Really pleased with today's session.
Now home to get my steps in with Goofy. And smash today's jobs.
