GetWet Swim Scheme GetWet Swim Scheme providing local swimming lessons at St Martins School and Oswestry School. Offering Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced 30 minute lessons.

Including other sessions: Adult coaching, and rookie lifesaving classes. Run by a highly experienced Swim England level 3 coach along side level 2 Swim England swimming teachers. Beginner and some intermediate classes also provide in water assistants.

I am so incredibly proud of this young man, Dan Jones, swimming in the Commonwealth Games for Wales. I was lucky enough to be one of Dan Jones’ swimming coaches for many years. Dan also completed his level 2 swimming teaching qualification and worked as a swimming teacher at Get Wet Swim Scheme before he made the move to Swansea to continue his swimming journey. Dan inspired all the young swimmers with his encouragement. Dan wrote a letter to me when he turned 21, in which he mentioned his dream was to represent Wales at the Commonwealth Games. Dan, you are not only an inspiration, you have always had an amazing, dedication towards your training, and your politeness and respect towards your coaches did not go unnoticed. You will always be our “Dolphin Dan” 🐬 🥉🥉
