GetWet Swim Scheme GetWet Swim Scheme providing local swimming lessons at St Martins School and Oswestry School. Offering Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced 30 minute lessons.

Including other sessions: Adult coaching, and rookie lifesaving classes. Run by a highly experienced Swim England level 3 coach along side level 2 Swim England swimming teachers. Beginner and some intermediate classes also provide in water assistants.

Hi everyone, I have just been informed that St Martins School pool will, unfortunately, be closed for the rest of this week. Apologies to everyone. We were all looking forward to the fun sessions. We start back the week commencing Monday 1st September and I will take the money off the September payment for the missed session this week. Have a lovely summer everyone. 🏊‍♂️

Hi everyone, I am really sorry but I have just received a message to say that St Martins have an issue with the pool and they have had to close it today. So sorry for the inconvenience. Hi everyone, I have, unfortunately, just received information from St Martins to say that the boiler that heats the pool has completely broken. The plan is that it will be replaced next week. This means that we cannot swim at all next week as the pool will need time to warm up once the boiler has been replaced. I am so sorry about this. The plan is to start back on Monday 17th March. Hi everyone. Please accept my apologies. We will not be able to swim at St Martins today (Thursday) nor tomorrow (Friday) due to the pool temperature being too cold. A new part has had to be ordered. Hopefully we will be back in the pool again next week. I will send everyone an individual message but wanted to let you all know as soon as possible. Hi everyone, unfortunately, when we arrived at St Martins pool today we realised that it is too cold for the children to swim. Please accept my apologies for this. I will keep you informed. The temperature has dropped from 29 degrees to 25 degrees.
