Well, we have the prizes, the medals and the runners - still spaces!!! The course is wet and muddy. We hope the wind drops and there is no snow. We have added a new class Doggy Jog 5km. Natural, optional obstacles for you and you dog. Run will start immediately after the 5km run. Rules on web page soon. All proceeds to the charities. Spectators welcome. Refreshments on site. Please share with your friends.

Prizes are here, course is looking great. Photo's next week. Added dimention this year by request 5 km Doggy Jog. If you have a dog to run with and a running harness then this is the one for you. Please pass info on. Check the web site details will be up soon. Entries in soon please then we will know how many place to give to the dog joggers.
