The Coach House offers its members the facilities and expertise they need to lead a healthy active lifestyle. Our team of fully qualified and friendly personal trainers are committed to helping our members reach their goals. All members receive an induction and personal fitness programme included in the membership fee, fitness programmes are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure our clients are always progressing and working towards their desired goal. A personal trainer is always available to supervise and assist our members. Changing rooms and shower facilities are provided, along with complimentary car park while using the facilities.
