Don't waste your time clinging to a past experience, get back in tge dojo and train till you get it again.
There's still two more spaces for this Saturday's workshop, where well be diving deep into spinal awareness and articulation.
The spine is the foundation of human movement. We want it to be mobile, elastic and serpentine!
We'll also be integrating all that new capacity into the Cheng Hsin five principles of an effortlessly effective body.
