KIDS HELL WEEK (COMING SOON) (7 yrs upwards)
Due to the massive kids obesity/ fitness problem we have in the area, I'm running a Hell Week Mon-Fri with other fantastically trained fitness professionals helping me from Salford University and Blackburn College Juan Jasso
We will be able to use the worlds best technology we have to monitor and track your child's performance and see how fit or unfit they are. It will be a learning opportunity for both myself and my colleagues to see how bad the some of the problems are. We will also start to educate children on healthy lifestyles, and people around the region will come in and offer their expertise, and help deliver a fun packed week of educating interacting making friends, everyone, everybody!
