I found a grey hoodie after class so please message if it’s yours as I brought it home.
Back next week for more sweaty fun, currently all spaces filled. Please let me know ASAP if you can’t make it so I can offer out the space 😊

Great first full Emley Kettlebell class this evening. We just about squeezed 14 of us in the Methodist Church hall for an extremely sweaty full body workout.
Thanks to all who attended and hope the muscle aches are gentle tomorrow and Thursday 😬💪🏻

Hi everyone. For those that want to workout still whilst we are on social lockdown I will be recording some follow along Kettlebell workouts and letting people loan kettlebells until we can get back to the Kettlercise format class.
I’m charging £2 a workout and am asking those interested to PM me so I can add you to a closed FB group where the workout Youtube links will be posted and we can keep each other motivated with sweaty photos 😂. Hopefully we can still train to help both our physical and mental health during this ‘lockdown’ period and keep the social interactions going from a distance.

Hi team, in light of the PM’s advice regarding non-essential social gatherings I am cancelling the Tuesday Kettlercise class until further notice (as much as I view kettlebells as essential 😂) keep an eye on here for an update when we can get back to training. Stay well and see you soon Xx

The new whole body workout Kettlercise release ASYLUM is on its way 😍

After the sucess of the pre-Christmas 12 week course at the special price of £50. I’ve decided to repeat the deal for January.
