Now this has been some journey to watch 🥹✨
When Sarah first came to me, she felt completely stuck.
No matter what she tried, the weight wasn’t shifting or she’d lose some weight only to gain it back again. She felt uncomfortable in her own skin, frustrated with how she looked, and unhappy with the person staring back at her in the mirror. The holiday she went on before reaching out to me was the final push she needed to make a change.
And let’s just say… she’s never looked back. 💪
Throughout our time working together, Sarah has spent periods away from dieting, focusing on maintaining her results, improving her relationship with food, building muscle, and learning how to fuel her body properly. She’s also completed three photoshoot preps, each one teaching her more about herself and what she’s truly capable of.
This journey has been about so much more than fat loss.
It’s been about creating a lifestyle she can sustain, building confidence, developing resilience, and understanding her body on a completely different level.
