I did it for me.
I stopped prioritising what everyone else wanted from me and started working on myself.
Not just physically, either.
I worked on my relationship with food.
My relationship with alcohol.
The way I spoke to myself.
The promises I made to myself and then broke.
The way I showed up when life felt hard.
I stopped seeing looking after myself as selfish and started realising that the better I looked after me, the better version of me everyone else got too.
Especially my kids.
This transformation is so much more than a before and after
I’m stronger and fitter now at 35 than I was in my 20s, I’m healthier, I’m happier. I know myself better 💪🏻
And for once, I can genuinely say…
I did it for me. 🩷
