Unfortunately we’ve being let down so we’re now looking again for somebody who’d be interested in running a couple of weekend boot camp style classes for us one every Saturday and Sunday morning to begin with, male or female but the classes are female only. Drop us a message or tag anyone who you think may be interested. Thanks

we’ve got some more advertising spots available in the gym! great opportunity for you to advertise your business where it will be seen 1000s of times weekly in our busy gym, you don’t have to be one of our members to take a spot. (limited number of slots available at the minute)

£200 will get you your board (1mX1m) a custom design (if needed) and a years worth of advertising, all you have to do is send us your logo and any information you want on there and we’ll do the rest 💥💪🏽

‼️📣 LADIES!! This one’s for you… 📣‼️

We have a few exciting things coming for you all very soon 👀 ..how do free weekly classes sound? And what about daily free spin classes too? 👀😆

Not sure if many of you know but we have a large room PERFECT for spin classes just off the ladies area 🚵‍♀️ we’re on with transforming this into a spin studio which will be up and running very soon!! Classes will be free for all members (if you’re not a member you can just pay for a day pass and book on and use the gym too 😊 )

We’re also making plans to have free weekly classes available too,Saturday and Sunday mornings🏋🏽‍♀️ (again, free for members. If you’re not a member just pay for a day pass and use the gym too if you wish)

These will be available to ladies only at the moment 🩷 (Sorry lads! We have something coming for you too soon!)
