This is why we control our breathing at any distance espicially the longer you go . The slower you’re breathing, not only does your technique become better , you produce less co2 ( carbon dioxide ) in your body. The less in your body , the more efficient your body runs . The better your endurance is , the longer you can control it for .

Monday - upper body strength
Tuesday- speed/acceleration/plyometric L’s
Wednesday - upper body endurance
Thursday- speed endurance
Friday - upper body strength
Saturday - upper body endurance
Sunday - cardiovascular endurance

30 mins a day following this for the week will help your health and fitness . A good diet speeds up the progression but lots of water is vital .
