We set up our Small Group Personal Training sessions in a fully private and fully equipped PT studio

These are the most popular, most successful and most affordable personal training packages out there.

Sessions are held with up to 2/3 other members in a completely private studio which is brilliant for those clients who seek somewhere a little quieter than a busy gym floor.

Your training plan and the support & advice you'll receive is just as tailored to you as you'd get from 1 to 1 sessions.

Identical but better quality of service in my opinion and very often better results than other programs out there for a more affordable price!

SGPT PACKAGE

3 x 1 hour SGPT sessions a week with a choice of times: 6am-7am-9am-5pm
On Monday- Wednesday- Fridays
With extra times/days getting added soon.

Access to our PT4U Members Only Facebook Group saving £40pm.

Access to all PT4U Group Challenges saving £100s.

Access to unlimited group classes saving £7 per session.

Access to live and on-demand classes for you to do anywhere you may be in the world.

Saturday bootcamp done.

I know some people may say

"oh look another picture of a session"

But what I see is consistency from a group of people who get in week after week and work hard on there goals!

That may seem boring to others but to me that shows dedication to their journey

We may not have all the fancy equipment and bright lights big commercial gyms have.

But what we do have is an amazing community of like minded people who all support each other and nothing beats that 😎
