This is a fantastic achievement and one that is thoroughly deserved. Bella's hard work, commitment and determination have been evident throughout her journey, and her performances in goal have consistently shown her quality, bravery and willingness to keep improving.

What makes this achievement even more special is the positive impact Bella has on those around her. She is a great teammate, embraces challenges, works tirelessly in training and always looks to learn and develop both on and off the pitch.

This is exactly what Burscough Under 14s is all about. Creating opportunities for young players to develop their skills, build confidence, be challenged, receive support and encouragement, and ultimately progress towards achieving their goals. Bella's success is a brilliant example of what can happen when talent is matched with dedication, a positive attitude and having the right team and coaches around you.

What a fantastic evening of football for our Burscough U14 Girls! ⚽💚

Success isn't built on match days alone – it's built on evenings like this, when players turn up, work hard, push themselves, and refuse to settle for anything less than their best.

Tonight's session challenged the girls in every area of their game, with fitness work, goalkeeper training, finishing practice, and possession-based play. Every player gave everything they had, showing determination, resilience, and a real desire to improve.

The numbers at training were outstanding, and seeing so many girls committed to developing their game is something everyone involved should be proud of. Talent is important, but attitude, effort, and commitment are what truly make the difference – and this group showed all three in abundance.

Every sprint, every save, every pass, and every shot is another step forward on the journey. Progress doesn't happen overnight, but with this level of dedication and teamwork, these girls are building something special together.

Keep believing, keep working, keep learning, and keep supporting one another. The future is bright for this group, and we're excited to see where their hard work takes them.

We always celebrate the goals... Of course we do.... But there is more to football than goals, especially when you are focused on all round development. I always say to our girls, goals are great but the most important part of our game is the football we play and how we play it. So these two clips I think sum up perfectly the football our girls have been working so hard to achieve over the last 4 weeks! Slick, sharp passing and excellent movement, awareness and great communication, they didn't result in goals, but to watch the girls produce this football after 4 weeks training together is fantastic. These girls are committed to working hard to play good football, the results are just a bonus! 💚

A great start to our summer league campaign with lots of new faces taking the opportunity to have time on the pitch, this team is really starting to come together both on the pitch and off the pitch. A great team game, with some great link up play. A 4-0 win. Well done girls, this summer already looks exciting. 💚

Open training in full flow..... Week 4.... A pitch full of talent! Another fantastic turn out tonight for week 4 of open training. A great night in the sun working on our pace of play, focused movement and options out of possession. High intensity with all the girls working hard, listening and training with real focus. A great session and a pleasure to have so many talented girls pushing themselves on the pitch. BURSCOUGH UNDER 14 GIRLS RECRUITMENT is still open.
