Monday 16th June 2026

Another entertaining evening of 6-a-side football took place in Burscough on Monday night, with plenty of goals, strong performances and important points on the line in the Premiership division.

Hesketh FC 7-1 Murder On Zidane's Floor

Hesketh FC produced the standout performance of the night with a dominant 7-1 victory over Murder On Zidane's Floor. From the first whistle, Hesketh were in complete control, moving the ball brilliantly and creating chances at will. Their clinical finishing saw them race away with the contest, while Murder On Zidane's Floor struggled to contain the relentless attacking pressure. A huge win that sends a strong message to the rest of the division.

Lancashire Looney's 1-4 Melchester Rovers

Melchester Rovers continued their impressive form with a convincing 4-1 success against Lancashire Looney's. The Rovers were sharp in front of goal and showed great composure throughout the game, taking their chances when they came. Lancashire Looney's battled hard but found it difficult to break down a disciplined Melchester side who deservedly claimed all three points.

50 Shades Of Soft 2-1 Unathletico Madrid

The closest contest of the evening saw 50 Shades Of Soft edge out Unathletico Madrid in a hard-fought encounter. Both teams created opportunities throughout, but 50 Shades Of Soft managed to find the crucial winning goal to secure a 2-1 victory. Unathletico Madrid pushed hard for an equaliser in the closing stages, but a resilient defensive display ensured the points stayed with 50 Shades Of Soft.

Burscough 6-a-Side League Match Report

Monday 9th June 2026

Another exciting night of 6-a-side football in Burscough saw plenty of goals, attacking football and three important victories as teams continue their push up the Premiership table.

Melchester Rovers 5-1 Unathletico Madrid

Melchester Rovers produced a dominant display to open the evening, running out comfortable 5-1 winners against Unathletico Madrid. The league leaders showed their attacking quality throughout, taking control early and never allowing their opponents a route back into the contest. Unathletico battled hard but Melchester's clinical finishing proved the difference as they secured another impressive three points.

Lancashire Looney's 5-4 Murder On Zidane's Floor

The match of the night came in a thrilling nine-goal encounter between Lancashire Looney's and Murder On Zidane's Floor. Both sides traded goals throughout an end-to-end contest packed with drama and attacking intent. Lancashire Looney's eventually edged the contest 5-4, holding their nerve in the closing stages to claim a valuable victory in one of the most entertaining games of the season so far.

Hesketh FC 4-2 50 Shades Of Soft

Hesketh FC rounded off the evening with an excellent 4-2 win over 50 Shades Of Soft. Despite facing a determined opponent, Hesketh remained composed and took their chances when it mattered most. A strong team performance and some clinical finishing ensured they walked away with all three points to keep pace with the teams above them.

With goals flying in across all three fixtures, it was another fantastic night of football in Burscough, and the race for Premiership honours continues to heat up as the season progresses.

Another entertaining evening of Premiership action took place in Burscough on Monday night, with goals flying in across the division and some impressive performances at both ends of the pitch.

Melchester Rovers 5-0 Murder On Zidane's Floor

Melchester Rovers produced a dominant display to kick off the evening, securing a comprehensive 5-0 victory. They controlled the game from start to finish, combining solid defensive work with clinical finishing to claim all three points and a clean sheet.

Hesketh FC 6-2 Unathletico Madrid

Hesketh FC continued their strong form with an emphatic 6-2 win over Unathletico Madrid. An attacking masterclass saw Hesketh create plenty of chances and convert them with confidence, while Unathletico battled hard but were unable to keep pace with their opponents' firepower.

Real Sosobad 0-6 50 Shades of Soft

50 Shades of Soft rounded off the night in style with a commanding 6-0 victory against Real Sosobad. A relentless attacking performance, coupled with disciplined defending, ensured they took maximum points in convincing fashion.

With plenty of goals, clean sheets, and standout team performances, the Premiership continues to provide exciting action week after week.
