My client Al getting 2 reps at 400kg leg press. 💪🏻
(440kg if we include the plate)

We were only going for a 1 Rep max his last one was 360kg when we tried this a few months ago!

Al is a perfect example of a person who never gives up!

Trains with me every week and does circuit classes a couple of times a week!
