You have SAVED yourself from binge eating 2 days later..

Your life is a perspective 👀

I never felt happy 👇🏼

Have you ever felt trapped within your own thoughts?

Like something is pinning you down no matter how hard you try to get up?

I felt like this when it came to fat loss

Because I didn’t understand it

I thought I did…

Until I tried to do it

I was terrified of losing muscle 🙃

I thought that I would never stay on track 😬

I saw no changes in the mirror 🙃

I compared myself to models on the covers of Men’s Health 😬

Until I reached out for help 👇🏼

Something that changed my life:

A support system to keep me on my feet 💪🏼

To keep pushing me to improve 🔥

To keep lifting me up when I had moments of doubt ☀️

To keep motivating me 🤩

To provide me with a strategy that worked for me and my goals ☀️

Sometimes all you need is someone there to keep you on track and provide you support

Check in day 👌🏼

204lbs ⬇️

After a shaky last couple of weeks, we’re back in the game.

You have to understand that no journey is ever a straight line.

Last week was a ‘pull week’

Early starts at work, late finishes

Excuses weren’t made, things just happen and we learn from them.

But this week we bounced back again 👇🏼

✅ Scale weight down
✅ Leaner
✅ Better

Food is still good. Training suffered a little because of my body being very sore from work.

But that’s the way it goes and we still got things done.

Very happy with this week, even better next week 💥

What can be done in 1.5 years? 👇🏼

Putting off your physique goals because it’s a long process?

It is 🤷🏼‍♂️

BUT..

Just because it is a long process doesn’t mean that you can’t achieve anything.

The biggest reward isn’t the end result ⬇️

It is the journey.

You don’t need to be a freak to see results 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’m not a ‘physique freak’

And I have achieved

So why can’t you?

I’m just a normal guy, a normal life, nothing extreme.

Just a normal guy, who has a plan in place.

Why can’t you take that step?

I started this journey 1.5 years ago, and I have changed my life by doing it.

Stop complaining 👇🏼

If you have a goal, then why are you complaining about things out of your control?

‘It’s Monday and I was going to start walking this week to burn more calories, but its going to rain on Wednesday so I won’t be able to get my steps in so I may as well start next week’

Do you want to know why a mountain skier never runs into a tree?

Because they’re focused on the PATH AHEAD.

They don’t care about the trees, they don’t focus on them.

You know why?

Because you attract what you FOCUS on.

And a mountain skier has no time to think about the trees.

Because they are ONLY focused on the path ahead.

And it is the same with your goals.

If you FOCUS on your goal - you will attract it - and you WILL achieve it.

If you FOCUS on complaining & negativity, - you will attract it.

Stop coming up with excuses for why you can’t achieve.

Those little problems ONLY become big problems when you focus on them.

And that is the message.

It is Monday, tunnel vision.

Go and get your goal now, it is down to you.

3rd Year Uni 👇🏼

So today marks an emotional day 😂

Officially moved out of my uni accommodation for the final time which concludes my ‘living out as a student’ life 😂

So, I thought that it was only acceptable to do a comparison shot of my first check in of this academic year (October 2021) to this morning (July 2022).

On the left, 207lbs ✅ - October 2021
On the right, 204lbs ✅ - July 2022

This year has been hell.

It’s been stressful 😬
And more stressful😬

Time management has been key this year, to achieve my physique goals and for balancing uni work and other areas of life 👌🏼

When I look back over this year, I have won. I came out with a solid degree, and an upgraded physique ☝🏼

It can just be shown what CAN be done when you have the right structure in place.

A strategy that works for YOU, regardless of what you’re going through 🤷🏼‍♂️

I never lost fat to ‘look’ better 😅

I have a good life, I don’t need to impress anyone, I’ve never believed I’m anything special 🤷🏼‍♂️

I didn’t lose fat to ‘look’ shredded, or amazing, or unreal- that comes with the journey.

Wanna know why I did this? 👇🏼

To FEEL good.

I was sick and tired of waking up bloated, seeing rolls of fat when I sat down, seeing my puffy ni***es through my T-shirt on pictures 🥱

I was sick and tired of it, so I did something about it.

It wasn’t easy, it required effort - but feeling how I feel right now compared to how I DID feel, in the past - it’s like I’m a new person 💪🏼

Sure, I don’t look like Jay Cutler, but I sure feel on top of the world 🌎

✅ Confidence ⬆️
✅ Happiness ⬆️
✅ Powerful ⬆️

I am the best version of myself, because I chose to be.

No one made me do it - I made myself do it, and that one step that I took to get started was the hardest step I took 👇🏼

But the reward is worth it ✅

Create an urgency to move 👇🏼

Falling off plan 1 week into your diet? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Sat there debating whether or not it is all worth the effort? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yeah don’t worry, it’s a common thing.

Motivation is probably the thing that you’re relying on, right? ⬇️

Motivation is something that comes and goes.

One day I go to the gym and feel great 😅

One day I go to the gym and feel fat as hell 😅

But the thing that KEEPS me going is the URGENCY that I create to push me forward ✅

Life isn’t always forward, if it was - everyone would be billionaires, everyone would be shredded, everyone would be living the life of luxury.

But we’re not 🤷🏼‍♂️

The difference between being successful on a journey, is fighting through the times where motivation is low 👌🏼

Motivation will not stay ❌

It won’t.. and it’s that simple.

You have to push yourself through harder times to be rewarded in the long run

Would you lie down on a floor of scalding hot coals? 🧐

No. Because it would hurt.

So why are you giving up on your fat loss goals when you’re clearly not happy with the way you feel? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Don’t let something hurt you which you are in control over. Create that urgency, and go and get your goals.

The lowest weight so far: 206lbs flat ⬇️

What a result this week 😅

Very happy today, very happy 😁

This week was not about the weight drop, none of that mattered too much for me this week.

This week’s focus was to set the NEW routine that I now have in place 💪🏼

✅ Starting a new job
✅ Managing steps & food
✅ Delivering a quality service that my clients deserve
✅ Creating content
✅ Getting all of my steps in
✅ Focusing on time with friends & family

And to have achieved a weight drop while managing all of that, I am extremely pleased 💪🏼

Sleep might have suffered slightly this week, but it was necessary to make sure that I got the ball rolling 💨

My back shot is probably my favourite shot this week, detail is coming nicely & my hips have considerably come in since the start of this journey 🤩

Happy guy. Onto another week now.
