I will be running a ladies only Thai boxing at Chang Muay Thai burscough 6pm every Monday.

Thai boxing is a superb all body workout and great for anyone wanting to work on their fitness.

🌟 GIRLS CAN DO ANYTHING 🌟

Faith came into her Thai boxing session today with a little gift for me. She had cut out a little slip of paper which said ‘girls can do anything’.

Faiths Mum informed me that she she was giving it to me because I had taught her she can do anything🥺

I am so happy to have an influence on the future female generation of Muay Thai especially in a highly male dominated sport!

Today Faith learnt 4 different types of elbows and put them into practice 🔪

It is hard to believe that Harvey has only had two sessions. He is absolutely flying and picked everything up so quickly. Most importantly he is always giving it his all. 💪
