This open survey gives new parents in the UK of children under 4 years the opportunity to say what they really think. How do you feel about conversations about mental health and physical activity? Tell us your experiences and help us to develop knowledge and inform practice/support.

We also have a provider survey for anybody in the UK supporting parents. Please spread the word with all of your baby groups so that we can get a better picture of experiences and practice.

SURVEY – New Parents, Physical Activity and Mental Health.

Researchers at Edge Hill University are calling for parents of children under 4 years, as well as baby/parent group or physical activity providers, to complete this UK-wide survey.

We want to develop knowledge about physical activity through transitions into parenthood, and physical activity for self-care, for any perinatal mental health problems.
