It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Davie Rye.

Davie was a valued former member and past President of the club, who dedicated much of his time to Ormiston Bowling Club. He will be remembered fondly by all who had the pleasure of knowing him, both on and off the green.

On behalf of the committee and members of Ormiston Bowling Club, we extend our sincere condolences to Davie’s family and friends at this difficult time.

Our thoughts are with you all.

Rest in peace, Davie.

Hi folks. Due to the poor weather, we have decided to postpone our try bowls day scheduled for this afternoon. We will post a new date soon. In the meantime, if anyone wants to have a go at bowls please contact us and we will get you along.

The club is saddened to learn that one of our longest serving members, Jimpy Crichton has sadly passed away. Jimpy was a great servant to Ormiston Bowling Club and he will be sadly missed. Our condolences go to his family. RIP 😢
