For the month of July, we’ll be running a slightly reduced timetable while continuing to grow and evolve our class offering.

Pre & Postnatal Pilates Course at LOMA Studio

We’re delighted to introduce our new 4-week Pre & Postnatal Pilates course with Nicole

This supportive course is designed to help you move safely and confidently through pregnancy and postnatal recovery, with a focus on:
• Core & pelvic floor connection
• Posture & alignment
• Safe strengthening
• Relaxation & breathwork

Each class is carefully structured to build progressively over the 4 weeks, helping you feel stronger, more supported, and more connected to your body in a calm and welcoming environment.

Suitable for all levels, with exercises adapted to your individual stage and needs throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Looking for a way to slow down, unwind, and take some time for yourself?

✨ LOMA Reset is here ✨

A 6-week beginner-friendly yoga & meditation course designed to help you move gently, build confidence, and create a little calm in your week.

Whether you’d prefer an evening reset during the week or a slower start to your weekend, this course offers a calm, supportive space to unwind. No experience is needed—just simple movement, mindful breathing, and time to switch off.

Led by Ellen, each session focuses on the foundations of yoga in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment.

Choose what works for you:

🧘‍♀️ Tuesdays at 6pm — evening unwind
🧘‍♀️ Saturdays at 12pm — weekend unwind

£60 for the full 6-week course
