A proud day for the club as Leah Harkness competed in the U15 Girls Pentathlon at the Ulster & Northern Ireland Combined Events Championships at the Mary Peters Track in Belfast on Saturday.

Leah produced a solid set of performances across all five events, including a new PB in the High Jump.

A fantastic opportunity for Leah to showcase her versatility as an all-round athlete across a range of disciplines.

It was fantastic to have Cora Scullion join our Academy coaches and young athletes for training before she departs on an exciting new adventure in the United States with Wingate University on an athletics scholarship.
Cora’s hard work, dedication and commitment to her athletics have earned her this fantastic opportunity, and she is a brilliant example to all of our young Academy athletes of what can be achieved through determination and perseverance.
Everyone at Omagh Harriers AC is incredibly proud of Cora and we wish her every success, both academically and athletically, as she begins this exciting new chapter.
