Omagh Kenpo Academy We specialize in street-effective self-defense for Kids and Adults.

Omagh Kenpo Karate is a modern art based largely on the self-defense, striking techniques and principles of American Kenpo Karate. To broaden the spectrum of the art the curriculum now includes the basics of:
ground-fighting/grappling; control & restraint; weapons training; pressure-point manipulation. Classes Cost:
£5 Adult (over 16)
£4 Child (under 16)
Classes every Thursday in The Leisure Centre Omagh (lower activity room).
6.30-7.30pm (age 8-80)

Unfortunately due to insufficient numbers it is not feasible to continue Omagh Kenpo Kids classes, therefore we have made the decision to cancel Omagh Kenpo Kids Classes with immediate effect.
This does not affect Omagh Kenpo Academy Classes, which will continue as normal every Tuesday 7-8pm, in the Lower Activity Room, at Omagh Leisure Complex. These classes are suitable from Yr 8 Upwards, and New Members are Welcome!
