Client spotlight : In ๐™๐™‰๐˜ฟ๐™€๐™ 6 months Cora has dropped astonishing 2.5 ๐š‚๐šƒ๐™พ๐™ฝ๐™ด!!!

Coras change of mindset on food and the process to achieve her goals is the thing Iโ€™m most proud of that sheโ€™s done.

When Cora started, her initial fear was her social life would be gone and she would be on starvation calories due to previous bad experiences when trying to lose weight.

Since starting with me in the new year:

๐Ÿ’ซ Guilt free โ€˜cheatโ€™ meals still had each month.
๐Ÿ’ซ Punishment mentality for going off plan is gone!

Next up we have Oran Stewart , this lad has made amazing progress this year , from never being in a gym before struggling to put weight on to packing on some serious mass ๐Ÿ’ช Oran path to doing this was pretty straight forward we put a plan in place which saw him training 3-4 times a week nothing crazy no mad hrs in the gym , he was consistent to his plan and tracked his calories consistently ๐Ÿ™Œ again I canโ€™t stress enough consistency is key

Going to be putting some client portfolios of mine the next couple of days to show some of the great progress my clients have made over the last year , first up one that means the most for me as this guy is one of my best friends , jordy made amazing progress this year , shedded savage lbs , drop some serious bodyfat and build some solid lean muscle. Did nothing mad,he stuck to a plan and was consistent to it , tracking his calories daily and still having a social life ๐Ÿ’ช ๐Ÿ’ช consistency is key #2022
