Ages 11-16

Our Youth Strength Class is designed to help young athletes and beginners build strength, confidence, and fitness in a safe, supportive environment.

Whether you're involved in football, Gaelic, boxing, MMA, running, gymnastics, dancing, or any other sport, we can tailor your training to help improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build a stronger foundation for your chosen activity.

Not involved in sport? No problem.

This class is also perfect for young people who simply want to get started in the gym, learn proper technique, improve fitness, and develop healthy habits for life.

A great evening in our 8pm Performance session 😊

Among them is Tammy, who is now just 7 weeks away from her due date and continuing to train safely with a programme tailored specifically to her needs.

One of the best things about our Performance sessions is that no two people need to be doing the same thing. On any given night, you could have 3 or 4 different programmes running across 8 different people, all working towards their own goals.

Whether you're looking to improve performance, build confidence, return from injury, or stay active throughout pregnancy, your training is built around you!

These aren’t just frustrations, they’re signals that the body is lacking mobility, stability, and coordinated control.

With consistent attendance, you can expect improved posture and more efficient movement, along with stronger core stability both in training and daily life.

3 STONE DOWN 👏🔥

A massive milestone for Claire this week as she completed her 300th session with us!

From day one, Claire has shown unbelievable consistency, turning up week after week and putting the work in through every strength and boxing session. 🥊💪

Not only has Claire lost an incredible 3 stone, but her confidence has completely skyrocketed since starting. The difference in her energy, mindset, and self belief has been amazing to watch.

300 sessions is no accident.

It’s the result of hard work, commitment, and refusing to give up even on the tough days.
