Ages 11-16
Our Youth Strength Class is designed to help young athletes and beginners build strength, confidence, and fitness in a safe, supportive environment.
Whether you're involved in football, Gaelic, boxing, MMA, running, gymnastics, dancing, or any other sport, we can tailor your training to help improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build a stronger foundation for your chosen activity.
Not involved in sport? No problem.
This class is also perfect for young people who simply want to get started in the gym, learn proper technique, improve fitness, and develop healthy habits for life.
