Proaction Martial Arts - Olney 'PROACTION Martial Arts - Olney' is a branch of PROACTION Martial Arts and Fitness. A Family Martial Arts School teaching all from age 4 to adults.

We teach men and women of all ages. Our experienced team is led by, and train on a weekly basis with Chief Instructor Mr T Nicholson, former vice European ITF Taekwon-Do Champion, 2x ITF Bronze World medallist, 2x Holland Cup champion, Multiple British and English champion, current England team member and former England Team Captain. At Olney we offer our unique Mighty Monkeys program - an age spe

cific class for ages 4-6 teaching all the skills your mighty monkey needs for full martial arts class. We follow these classes with ITF Taekwon-Do, delivered in a family friendly manner to all ages 6+. PROACTION Olney is led by Miss Prior (3rd Dan) and Mr Andrews (3rd Dan), both being very experienced Martial Artist with an extensive competition career. Shared between them they hold coaching qualifications in Taekwon-Do, Kickboxing, and Boxing. Their energy and enthusiasm for teaching is infectious making these classes great fun whilst being tough, educational and addictive!
