You'll receive practical, hands-on learning. Our trainer will help you learn some key skills you really need to know such as dealing with an emergency, unresponsive person and CPR.

We are pleased to offer a free bike safety check/maintenance and minor bike repairs.

Please complete this form and we will be in touch about which day we will be able to add you to the list.

You will need to drop your bike off on the designated Sunday at 11am. We aim to have your bike ready to collect by 1pm. Our team will ring/email you to let you know which Sunday you have been booked in for.

When registering please include as much detail about your repair as possible.
