Part 4. You don’t know unless you try!

NO you don’t need to try and full stack machines or be excessive in training, HOWEVER you SHOULD try and raise your own standards and quality of life.

When it comes to starting this journey or remaining consistent, be stronger than your excuses.

Part 3. WATCH UNTIL THE END…😅

Is training to (or near) failure necessary? Absolutely. If you’re chasing optimal results in strength gain and muscle building, comfortable sets won’t cut it.

When you introduce new stress indicators, your muscles are forced to adapt and grow. (Reminder: Your recovery and nutrition need to be on point too!)

• Clean Form: No ego lifting.
• Safety: Control the movement.
• Push the Limit: Find that “dark place”. Maximum intensity.

NO, this doesn’t mean toe-curling, back-hunching “crap” reps. We want quality over quantity—every single time.

Old school powerhouse or latest tech gyms, which one are you?

Enjoy this quick series showing our training session in an old school gym on the island of Madeira.

We went for hiking & adventure with AM EXPEDITIONS, however the “gym tour” is a mandatory part of the itinerary 😅.

When training, enjoy yourself and appreciate the journey!
