FUNKY DANCE FITNESS WITH LISA 🪩

Think chart toppers, golden oldies, fun line dances and hits from every single decade — all mixed together for one big dance party.

No dance experience needed, beginner friendly always — just turn up ready to move, laugh and make some new friends along the way.

And if you’re worried about feeling self-conscious — don’t be!

Classes are held with the lights down low and disco lights on, so it’s all about the party vibe, not who’s watching.

(Psst — there’s a bit of Zumba® in the mix too, for anyone who loves it!)

Welcome to our Zumba® class, where fitness meets fun and everyone is invited 💃🕺
Our sessions are designed for all abilities, including complete beginners. So whether you’ve never danced a step in your life or you already love to move, you’ll fit right in.
We’re a genuinely friendly group with people of all ages, and the focus is simple: enjoy yourself while getting active. No pressure. No judgment. Just good energy.
Expect a mix of Latin rhythms and current chart hits that’ll keep you smiling from start to finish. And yes, the lights are low, so you get that real nightclub vibe without worrying about who’s watching.

Zumba is a fun, high-energy dance fitness class set to Latin rhythms mixed with current and classic dance tracks. You won’t even realise you’re working out! We have people from the age 12 to 80 and all ages in between!

✨ Why is our class so much fun?
We dance in the dark with disco lights, so you can truly let loose and dance like nobody’s watching! Our group is super friendly and welcoming — come on your own and you’ll leave with plenty of new friends.

Myself and Tracy Eccles have tried everything but unfortunately it’s out of my hands. This is absolutely devastating for January as I know you’re all dying to get back!
