Fighting fit camp, suitable for all ages and experience levels from beginners to advanced the sessions can be modified around you!
3 Sessions per week, each focusing on a different aspect from looking at skill as well as strength and conditioning to ensure you’re a well rounded fighter👊🏼👊🏼
