Last week it was finally the turn of our Under 8's to join our Open Age squad and coaching team for a training session 🏉

The youngsters arrived full of energy and enthusiasm, throwing themselves into every challenge and enjoying the chance to train alongside some of the club's senior players 👏

Sessions like these are a fantastic opportunity for our younger players to experience what being part of the wider club is all about, while continuing to build their skills, confidence, and love for the game in a fun and supportive environment.

🏉 Lads & Dads Night (includes our Girls Team too! 💙)

With Father’s Day just around the corner, what better way to celebrate all the father figures in our lives?
This evening is all about our youth players and the people who cheer them on from the sidelines – dads, grandads, stepdads, uncles, carers and all the amazing role models who support them throughout the season….it goes without saying that our female caregivers are very welcome too! 😊
🏉 A chance for all our teams to celebrate THEMSELVES, enjoy some food, have a laugh and spend time with their biggest supporters.
💷 £3 cash on entry for kids (includes food).
Let’s make it a great night to round off the week and celebrate the fantastic young players at our club and the people who help make it all possible.

Last weekend, our Under 13s Girls Team made Saddleworth Rangers history having played their very first game against Bronte Barbarians RLFC 🩷🖤🏉

We couldn't be prouder of the girls, who showed fantastic resilience, teamwork, and represented the club brilliantly. It was a special day that they and their families will remember for years to come, and they can't wait for their next game!

A huge thank you to our coaches for all their hard work and dedication in getting the team up and running, and to Amari Plastics Manchester and everyone else who has supported the team along the way.

The First team and Academy lads and coaches are out in Blackpool tonight sporting some truly horrendous shirts. Questionable patterns, outrageous colours and fashion crimes everywhere you look!

Thankfully, they’re better at rugby than they are at choosing outfits.

Everyone at Rangers would like to extend their heartfelt congratulations to Sir Kevin Sinfield on his well-deserved Knighthood. 👏

Kevin has been a huge part of Saddleworth Rangers over the years as a former youth coach and a great supporter of the club. As the uncle of current junior and senior players, his connection to Rangers remains as strong as ever.

This honour is a fitting recognition of an incredible individual whose achievements, dedication, and inspiration have touched so many people both within rugby league and beyond.

Congratulations, Sir Kevin Sinfield, from everyone at Saddleworth Rangers. A truly deserved honour.
