Everyone is so quick to ditch their goals during December,

When really, most of us only spend 5 days or so celebrating with family

That leaves 26 days wasted if you just write off the month!

Before joining my team, Alice was super nervous about stepping foot in a gym

She would stick to what she knew - cardio - and was petrified of the resistance machines

She would feel panic before going to the gym, and felt like she needed a plan to follow

Her self confidence was low, so much so she would avoid wearing fitted clothes, but was sick of wearing baggy clothes

When Leigh first came to me, she had a hard time looking at herself in the mirror.

She would never go out in anything other than jeans, and felt uncomfortable in dresses & swimwear.

Leigh had a bad relationship with food,

She would restrict herself to 700-900 calories throughout the week,

Which would lead to her binging over the weekend,

Triggering guilt,

And the vicious cycle would start over.

When Leeza reached out to me earlier this year, she felt like sheโ€™d exhausted all options,

So much so that she actually started to research what medical procedures she could afford.

In order to lose this weight she so desperately wanted to lose.

The most frustrating thing of all for Leeza was that she couldnโ€™t shop in the high street for clothes as she didnโ€™t fit in any of the clothes, and like most of us girls, she absolutely loves shopping.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸฝI educated her on nutrition - she now understands the importance of all 3 macronutrients, and her overall calories in order to lose weight
