When Leigh first came to me, she had a hard time looking at herself in the mirror.
She would never go out in anything other than jeans, and felt uncomfortable in dresses & swimwear.
Leigh had a bad relationship with food,
She would restrict herself to 700-900 calories throughout the week,
Which would lead to her binging over the weekend,
Triggering guilt,
And the vicious cycle would start over.

She hammered the gym daily doing endless amounts of cardio because she had no education in training.
She just wasnโt seeing results to match her efforts, which really frustrated her.
She knew something had to change so she reached out to me.

We switched her training from cardio focused to resistance training.

We used a flexible eating approach for the majority of this transformation, meaning she can include treats her diet
She feels satiated and still enjoying the foods sheโs eating.
Her relationship with food quickly changed,
She started fuelling her body for her training, instead of restricting herself.
She has gained knowledge surrounding nutrition
