This was the second Royton Derby in a row for Magic, and they produced a strong performance from the opening tip-off right through to the final buzzer.

As the game went on, the Raptors found another gear, pulling ahead in the closing stages to secure a brilliant win. It was a real team effort and a great example of resilience and belief.

The scoreline doesnโ€™t quite reflect how competitive this game was. Thunder were ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐  in the first half and went into the break just 2 points behind, matching the Huskies with some ๐Ÿ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐œ basketball.

The second half remained closely contested, but the Huskies managed to put together a few quick baskets which created the gap on the scoreboard. Despite that, Thunder never ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ž๐ battling and ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ž๐ to work hard right until the final whistle.

This was a really enjoyable game to watch, with great ๐ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ, ๐ญ๐ž๐š๐ฆ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค and ๐๐ž๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง shown throughout by the whole squad. The teamโ€™s improvement continues to shine through every week.
