🏉 MEET THE COACHING TEAM – PETE COOPER 🏉

Next up in our Oldham Ladies coaching team is Pete Cooper – our kicking coach! ❤️🤍

Pete has plenty of rugby experience behind him and is always on hand to help the ladies improve their kicking skills, technique and confidence on the pitch.

But rugby isn’t Pete’s only passion — away from the club, he also runs a gun club, so whether it’s kicking goals or hitting targets, Pete certainly likes to keep his eye on the prize! 🎯😂

And if that wasn’t enough, Pete recently came out of a 25-year rugby retirement for a very special reason — to pull on his boots one more time and play alongside his good friend Brent Pollitt in Brent’s final ever game. 🥹🏉

After 25 years away from playing, that’s what you call friendship and commitment! ❤️

We’re lucky to have Pete as part of the Oldham Ladies family, passing on his knowledge, experience and plenty of laughs along the way.

🏉 Meet the Coaching Team – Brent Pollitt 🏉

As we count down to the start of the new season, we thought it was time to introduce the people behind the scenes who help make Oldham Ladies the team we are today.

First up is our Ladies Coach, Brent Pollitt.

With decades of rugby experience, Brent specialises in scrummaging, front-row play, and all the antics that come with it! Whether it’s perfecting technique in the scrum or sharing his knowledge of the game, Brent is always looking to help our players improve and enjoy their rugby.

His passion, commitment, and sense of humour are a huge part of what makes Oldham Ladies such a great place to play.
